What is yoga?

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It is a pathway to healthy physical and mental living.

Our classes are yoga-based that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. Set to music, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and there are always modifications for all levels. You’ll strengthen your body, engage your mind, and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
